With the telescopic drawbar, tractors with twin tires can also be used to pull. This does not affect the maneuverability of the machine.
As standard, the Rebell -profiline- is delivered with a Cat III lower link hitch.
The Rebell -profiline- is equipped with discs that have a diameter of 620 mm. These curved discs have a cutting angle of 17° and an undercut of 21°. This means that the soil can be optimally cultivated up to a maximum working depth of 18 cm and the penetration into the soil is guaranteed even at hard conditions. The discs on the Rebell -profiline- are individually suspended.
A suspension with leaf spring has already proven itself on many Köckerling machines. We also rely on this principle for the Rebell -profiline- and thus achieve the best properties for the trouble-free function of the machine.
With the hydraulic depth adjustment, the working depth of the machine can be continuously adjusted to the conditions on the surface. And you can even do this very comfortably while working from the driver's seat. The current working position of the machine is clearly displayed on a scale.
As standard, the machine is equipped with a robust Levelboard in front of the double STS roller. This is particularly suitable for levelling and crushing coarse soil aggregates during seedbed preparation.
The transport wheels are used for turning on the headland. Thus, the machine convinces with an incredibly small turning circle. The large wheels are gentle on the land and are completely lifted while working.
For precise depth control, the Rebell -profiline- is equipped with double support wheels (380/55-17"). This ensures that the set working depth is maintained even if a support wheel gets caught in the tracks of heavy harvesters or similar.
Effective reconsolidation is crucial to allow volunteer cereals and weed seeds to germinate quickly. For this purpose, we use the DSTS-contour roller, a further development of the proven STS roller. It adapts perfectly to the terrain, even if the working depth varies. The open U-profile rings fill with soil for perfect traction while working. The rings are offset for self-cleaning.
For the safe transport of small materials, the machine is equipped with a robust, lockable tool box as standard.
The intermediate harrow can be used to comb out any plant residues that have been worked out of the soil flow behind the first row of discs, so that they are picked up and cut up again by the second row of discs.
The 13 mm following harrow is a simple tool with a high level of effectiveness. It separates the soil in such a way that the larger clods rest on top to protect against erosion, while at the same time leveling it and achieving excellent straw distribution when cultivating stubble.
The digital depth display is a great help while working with the machine. Whenever the view of the scale on the support wheel is restricted (e.g. due to dust or darkness), the digital depth display enables permanent control of the machine's set working depth.
The PWA roller is ideal for additional crumbling and reconsolidation. In order for the PWA to be driven in combination, the machine must be equipped with a corresponding hitch.
Equipping the machine with a brake system is recommended.
The machine can optionally be equipped with a towing eye (40 mm, 51 mm, 71 mm).
For spreading slurry in combination with a self-propelled vehicle, the machine can be offered with appropriate slurry pipes behind the discs. This means that the manure is placed directly in the ground and covered with fine soil.
With the small seed drill, sowing can be combined with tillage. Catch crops can be sown quickly and easily directly after the harvest. The hydraulically driven small seed drill has a hopper capacity of 400l and an extremely precise metering unit.
