Trio

The stubble cultivator

The Trio is a three-bar cultivator that offers high clearance despite its compact design. It demonstrates its strengths particularly in shallow soil cultivation with wing shares: a full-surface cut is possible from a working depth of just 5 cm. This means the machine covers the entire spectrum – from shallow stubble cultivation to basic soil cultivation up to 30 cm deep. The leveling unit can be precisely adjusted to the respective conditions, and the range of trailing implements offers the right solution for optimal reconsolidation for every location. Finally, the adjustable trailing harrow ensures the perfect finish.

The Topmix tine

Overload protection via shear protection

The Trio can be used on stone-free ground without overload protection. This makes the machine shorter, and a shear bolt secures the tines in the event of contact with a foreign object.

Mechanical overload protection

For use on stony surfaces and heavy soils, the Trio can be equipped with mechanical overload protection. With its solid double spring, the stone protection achieves a release force of at least 550 kg.

The depth adjustment

Hydraulic depth adjustment

With the fully hydraulic depth control, the working depth of the Trio can be conveniently adjusted to the current conditions from the driver's seat. The current setting can be read on an easy-to-read scale on the machine. The working depth can also be adjusted continuously during operation. This is always helpful when, for example, there are poorly distributed plant residues on the surface.

Mechanical depth adjustment

The mechanical depth adjustment provides a simple way to optimally adjust the working depth of the Trio. To do this, two bolts per mounting arm can be used to limit the roller's upward and downward movement.

The levelers

The overload-protected disc leveler

The Trio can be equipped with a disc leveler from a working width of 3.00 m. This levels the ridges left by the tines, especially when there is a lot of organic matter, thus creating optimal conditions for the roller.

The overload-protected leaf spring leveler

The leaf spring leveler impresses with its simple adjustment, is maintenance-free, and inexpensive in terms of wear and tear. A simple tool with a big impact.

Hydraulic side extension for the leveler

The Trio 300 and 350 can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic side extension. This allows the outer levelers, whether leaf spring or disc levelers, to be extended and retracted hydraulically. This can be done conveniently from the driver's seat without having to get out. On the one hand, this helps when driving around obstacles, but it also speeds up the conversion process for road transport.

The Followers

Tubular roller

The tubular roller is an inexpensive and lightweight roller that is particularly impressive on light sites due to its low susceptibility to clogging.

The double STS roller

Thanks to its large offset and high self-propulsion based on the soil-to-soil principle, the double STS roller can be used on all sites. On light sites, the large offset impresses with its smooth running, making this roller extremely reliable.

The special equipment

Edge disc

The Trio can be optionally equipped with a folding edge disc. The edge disc prevents soil from being ejected from the machine at the tines.

Harrow

An optional harrow can be attached to all rear cultivators for removing weeds, as an additional leveling tool, or for further production of fine soil.

APV-PS 300

The APV PS 300 has a volume of 300 l. The machine receives the speed signal via a GPS sensor on the attachment tower, and switching on and off is controlled by a lift sensor attached to the upper link tower.

For the Trio 300, 350, and 400, there is the option of installing or retrofitting an APV spreader. This spreader has eight outlets, whose distributors are attached to the rear harrow in order to spread the seed in front of it. The advantage here is that the seed makes contact with the soil right from the start and is covered with fine soil by the harrow. The scope of delivery also includes a loading ramp, which makes filling convenient and safe.

Parking

The Trio can be parked in a folded position. It is equipped with three supports that ensure the necessary stability. To relieve the hydraulic hoses of the folding mechanism, they can simply be placed in a floating position. The folding cylinder of the Trio is equipped with a load-holding valve and maintains the pressure in the cylinder. With the hose rack integrated into the frame, all couplings can be neatly stored on the cultivator.
