Allrounder -profiline- 900 2.0 / 1230 2.0

The universal cultivator

The Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 fine cultivator is designed for precise, shallow soil cultivation. Its applications range from mechanical weed control and liquid manure incorporation to stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation. The machine's hydraulic depth adjustment, which allows the working depth to be continuously adjusted from the tractor, even while working, is particularly convenient. To ensure the machine can be perfectly adapted to the farm's requirements, various optional attachments are available. These include, for example, wheel track eradicators, a knife roller, a frontlevelboard, double-spring tines, and much more.

The structure of the Allrounder -profiline- 2.0

Hercules tine plus & double spring

The Hercules tine plus & double spring is equipped with an additional spring that gives the tine significantly more stability. The Hercules+ tine is ideal for use in difficult locations and in particularly dry conditions with hard soils. The double spring improves the tine's tracking stability both backwards and to the side. This allows the machine to maintain the set working depth with great precision. For particularly shallow soil cultivation, the additional spring prevents the tine from swinging forward if the tool loses contact with the ground in a rut, thus ensuring a longer tine lifespan.

Contour adaptation

Due to its large working width, the frame of the Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 is not rigid, but divided into five segments. These segments are hydraulically pre-tensioned and can optimally adapt to the contours of the surface. When driving through dips or over hills, the folding sections can be extended or under-extended. No fewer than six large support wheels precisely scan the surface's contours and ensure that the desired working depth is maintained without compromise. The drawbar of the Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 can swing freely, preventing unwanted impulses from being transmitted from the tractor.

Integrated chassis

The chassis of the Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 is positioned centrally in front of the roller, giving the machine excellent weight distribution. This is particularly noticeable during road transport, as the machine is extremely maneuverable, offers high driving stability, and the tractor is protected by a low drawbar load. In the field, the positioning of the chassis aids every turning maneuver, allowing maneuvering at the headland to be carried out in a space-saving manner in the tightest of spaces. Thanks to the large 620/40R22.5 chassis tires, ground pressure is minimized and operational capability on soft soils is significantly improved.

Hydraulic depth adjustment

For convenient adjustment of the Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0, the fully hydraulic depth adjustment system is available. The working depth can be continuously adjusted while driving without having to get out of the driver's seat. This is not only helpful for the basic setup, but also allows the machine to be adapted to the conditions of the area during work. This minimizes setup times and makes working with the machine efficient and precise.

Special equipment

Track erasers

Hydraulic track eradicators are a perfect aid, especially for seedbed preparation. They are mounted on the drawbar, directly behind the tractor's track, and are hydraulically swiveled in and out with the chassis. The aggressiveness of the track eradicators can be adjusted using bolts, thus adapting them to the conditions.

Front tools

Between the solid support wheels and the robust main frame, the Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 can be equipped with various front tools to optimally complete the work required on the farm.

One option, for example, is a spring-loaded and hydraulically adjustable leveling board. Especially during seedbed preparation, the leveling board is a perfect tool for pre-chopping coarse soil aggregates and leveling the soil.

It is also possible to equip the Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 with a solid knife roller. The knife roller has a diameter of 350 mm and impresses with its open design. This allows plant residues to be reliably cut up and incorporated into the subsequent tine section. If the machine is used, for example, for cultivating rapeseed stubble or for mechanical weed control, the knife roller is an indispensable feature.
Another special feature of the knife roller is the spiral arrangement of the robust knives, which allows for maximum pressure to be exerted on the cut. The aggressiveness of the knife roller can be hydraulically adjusted, making working with the machine much easier. In many cases, the leading knife roller can eliminate an entire work step, providing a decisive economic advantage.

Double harrow

The Allrounder -profiline- 900/1230 2.0 can optionally be equipped with a two-row following harrow. The more intensive work of the double harrow reliably pulls plant residue to the surface and frees the roots of adhering soil. This prevents the plant from drying out and preventing it from regrowing. Depending on the prevailing conditions in the field, the aggressiveness of the following harrow can be adjusted accordingly.
Important: The two-row following harrow also helps with large amounts of organic matter, ensuring the machine's operational reliability.
