Rebell -classic-

The compact disc harrow

With the Rebell -classic-, Köckerling offers a disc harrow for shallow soil cultivation.

This modern machine is extremely compact and extremely easy to use. With the Rebell -classic- you can do both, shallow tillage directly after combine harvesting and seedbed preparation. Even on the ploughed areas of your farm, the Rebell -classic- achieves excellent results in crumbling and leveling. At working depths of 2 cm to 12 cm, the Rebell -classic- is extremely easy to pull and offers great power for your business.

Standard equipment

Discs 510 mm

Individually suspended discs ensure your success when first cultivating the soil. A disc spacing of 130 mm guarantees that you can cut the entire surface.

Robust main frame

High-quality materials and carefully manufactured components guarantee a long service life for the machine. All components are professionally assembled in the modern production facility in East Westphalia/Germany.

Lockpin

All pivot points on the Rebell -classic- are equipped with the lockpin system. A lockpin consists of several components and ensures a reliable connection of many components.

Maintenance-free bearings

The machine's discs are equipped with maintenance-free and multi-sealed bearings. This saves you maintenance and repair costs and gives you less downtime.

Hydraulic depth adjustment

With the hydraulic depth adjustment, the working depth of the machine can be continuously adjusted to the conditions on the surface. And you can even do this very comfortably while working from the driver's seat. The current working position of the machine is clearly displayed on a scale.

Option

Disc suspension with leaf spring

The disk suspension with leaf springs is recommended for use on light and medium-heavy soils.

Disc suspension with compression spring

If the machine is primarily used on heavy soils, it is recommended that the machine be equipped with a compression spring suspension.

For the Rebell -classic-

we can offer different rollers. Depending on the soil type, an optimal solution can be found:

Tube bar roller 520 mm

The perfect option for light soils. With its large diameter and lightweight design, the tube bar roller achieves the best results here.

STS - roller 530 mm

The right choice for use on medium to heavy soils. The high weight and solid construction ensure an optimal smashing effect and the best re-consolidation.

Double STS roller 530 mm

The double STS roller gives the machine a smooth running and impresses with its excellent stability, even on stony ground. The roller is extremely reliable thanks to the arrangement of the rings, which free each other from adhering soil. The double STS roller crashes the clods of soil and works even under difficult conditions.

Following harrow 13 mm

The 13 mm following harrow is a simple tool with a high level of effectiveness. It separates the soil in such a way that the larger clods rest on top to protect against erosion, while at the same time leveling it and achieving excellent straw distribution when cultivating stubble.

Slurry equipment

For spreading slurry in combination with a self-propelled vehicle, the machine can be offered with appropriate slurry pipes behind the discs. This means that the manure is placed directly in the ground and covered with fine soil.

Additional weight

On heavy and dry surfaces, the use of additional weights is often helpful. Especially for machines with small working widths and a low total weight.
