Eco Allrounder -classic-

The universal machine for many tasks

The Allrounder -classic- is called “Eco-Allrounder” if it is equipped without a roller but with a multi-row following harrow.

With a few modifications, the Allrounder -classic- can be converted into a perfect organic cultivator that sets standards in mechanical weed control. The Eco-Allrounder is mainly used in organic farming. Conventional farms often use the machine in selected areas to reduce or replace chemical weed control. In order to be able to maintain the working depth exactly, the Eco-Allrounder is equipped with seven large support wheels Four wheels are attached behind the last row of tines. There are Hercules tines behind the wheels, which are integrated into the depth adjustment. This means the machine can also work very shallow.

The main focus of the Eco-Allrounder is of course on the entire surface cultivation and the accurate removal of weeds. The robust hercules tines are mounted on a total of 4 rows and have a tine spacing of 15 cm. Equipped with 22 cm wide goosefoot points, the machine reaches a secured cutting of the plants across the entire working width. Now it is important that the plants are freed from any soil that adheres to them in the root area and that the plant residues are then pulled to the surface to dry out. The multiple following harrow plays the main role here. He combs the resedues out of the ground and leaves them on the surface.

Particularly convenient: The following harrow is hydraulically adjustable and its aggressiveness can be changed. Even when the working depth changes, the following harrow constantly maintains the set aggressiveness.

Frame design

The Eco-Allrounder is often used in conditions with a lot of vegetation. To ensure block free working, our specialists have developed a robust and cleverly designed base frame. With a height of 60 cm, there is enough space under the frame for a lot of organic resedues.

Goosefoot points

The robust hercules tines, spread over four rows, can be equipped with 220 mm wide goosefoot points. With a tine spacing of 15 cm, the machine then reaches a secured cutting across the entire working width. Ideally, points with tungsten carbide tips are used, then the cutting width is only reduced insignificantly, even if wear occurs.

2x/3x following harrow

The 2x/3x following harrow is hydraulically adjustable, so the aggressiveness can be continuously adjusted, even while working. The 13 mm harrow tines reliably comb the plant residue to the surface to dry out. For orientation purposes, the current setting is displayed on a scale, clearly visible from the driver's cab. Even when the working depth changes, the double harrow maintains the set aggressiveness.

Front support wheels

Precise, parallel depth guidance of the cultivator is ensured by the front support wheels. They ensure optimal adaptation to all uneven surfaces.

Hydraulic depth adjustment

With the hydraulic depth adjustment, the working depth of the machine can be continuously adjusted to the conditions on the surface. And you can even do this very comfortably while working from the driver's seat. The current working position of the machine is clearly displayed on a scale.
